can't catch a breath
can't catch a break
can't keep from makin the same mistakes
again and again and again
burnin bridges was never my intentions
but with blisters on my hands
i can't pretend
to myself or anyone else anymore
holdin my breath
savin face
waitin patient for the paths to pave their own way
and the clouds to clear
i figured out paths don't pave themselves
and the weather does what it wants to
so can you
and so should I
never have i felt so lost on my home planet
never have i felt so alone on my own street
never have i had so much trouble trynta figure how to move through this world
without this world makin a mess of me
never has the sky seemed to beg to be broken open
never have the bones seemed to beg to be dug up
never have there been so many signs that say we should change the way we move through this world
before this world washes it's hands of us

What a great album. It took me a while to really get the whole album but I can confidently say it's one of her best. The shorter songs are certainly a different feel, but I still like it. I could pick like five different songs as my favorite and all of them would feel right lol praisedrays
